google mirror api - Can we have different menu items for cards formed using htmlPages attribute of the timeline? -


i'm creating bundle using timeline.html cover page , providing other sub-pages using timeline.htmlpages attribute. want have different menu items cover page each of sub-pages. dont' see way have menuitem each htmlpage and/or cover page. missing ?

i have work around did during glass foundry : created random bundle id, looped on html pages , using same bundle id inserted timeline item, same cover page , single htmlpages whatever menuitems want index. works want, since results in n insert() calls, takes lot of time glass receive bundle [also eats api quota side effect]

you can have 1 menu given timeline card, if has many pages.

timelineitem.html , timelineitem.htmlpages intended used single logical piece of content happens exceed space available on screen. reason, share same menu , same timelineitem.id.

if require different menu each page, have content that's logically separate. warrants distinct timeline card each piece of content, , allows specify different menu. bundling timelineitem.bundleid allows group similar distinct cards, describe.

the total amount of data transmitted same, total latency shouldn't of issue. if gradual insert noticeable, consider setting timelineitem.notification on last item inserted.
