is there free repackaging tool (.exe .msi) microsoft ? boss told me using 1 before, microsoft, , free , working perfectly, trying search out it.

on internet didn't find free ones, doesn't work out me.

there used (installshield/flexera software) adminstudio sccm edition free sccm customers of microsoft. that's closest can think of "free".

truthfully don't use adminstudio or installshield repackager anymore. authoring quality low me. i'll use free tools capture installer did, reverse engineer rest of details, refactor needed write scratch using windows installer xml (wix).

it takes lot of knowledge , experience able that, it's possible free tools.
