facebook - Submitting Open Graph action for approval - submit link not active -


99% sure app set correctly, requests publish_actions permission , can publish action using open test user states must do, when go review status submit link isn't active , tells me need publish action using test user......which i've done. going around in circles here, missing? or can recommend decent guide can follow docs aren't helping me much.
