ios - Why upload an app to app store? -


i can make package (xxx.ipa) app, synchronize package ios device. can , why need upload app app store?

when sign application yourself, can install ios devices registered on provisioning center (up 100 devices developer program - 100$).

in other words, if wanted reach 1m million users app, cost $1m. need app store.
