bring "sorry, page isn't available link followed may broken, or page may have been removed."

this user has logged in , authenticated app , app got log lived token , saved shows profile working. after many problems graph api. check issues opened above see profile above mentioned sorry message. happening 5 users out of 25 users of app. please help. thanks.
