svn - How to ignore folders when committing the code, so they should not come up -

i using tortoisesvn , don't use command line. appreciate if please instruct me using gui

how ignore folders no show when committing. example in image below how can ignore media folder no show @ anytime when committing code.

i tried putting ignore list. after show big red cross on parent folder. don't want see , want see green arrow if repo upto date , including ignored folder.

everytime have careful when committing code should not push cache or unwanted material , manually uncheck sometimes. please suggest

try using global ignore list instead (via tortoisesvn settings).
