Fatal Error upgrading Adobe Director Movie from Version 10 to 11.5 -


so, i'm loading old project updates. project has been upgraded few times in past without issue. however, upgrading 11.5 producing dreaded error: fatal error has occurred. click ok quit.

the next screen produces ms c++ runtime error:

runtime error! app has ... terminated in unusual way... please contact support team ...

completely useless error i'm wondering if has discovered common causes. project have old 3rd party xtra called masterapp. however, other casts , .dir files upgrade fine when using xtra. thing unique files fail both on 200mb.

since error message of director not help, suggest try these things narrow error:

-open files in director 10 copy cast members etc new file. try if helped.

-remove xtra fro files , see if helps. if helps, try replace - example budapi-xtra.

-does casts have big media not images? sounds oder videos example? suggest lokking @ them first.

-try convert files on windows pc.

btw: have latest version of d11.5? maybe there update can install.
