windows - dbghelp.dll has a version mismatch with the debugger -


i have been getting following error while trying open crash dump file in windbg.... using 64bit version , having windows 7 os.

versionof windbg 6.11

error:

"dbghelp.dll has version mismatch debugger." microsoft (r) windows debugger version 6.11.0001.404 amd 64 copyright (c) microsoft corporation. rights reserved. says dbgeng , dbghelp, in message see both versions same.

and popup comes on top of these error message says failure when opeining dump file "file path" , hresult 0x80004005 may corrupt or in format not understood debugger. unspecified error.

any or suggestion helpful here. thanks
