Oracle error:Throws Not a Valid Month error in debugger but runs fine in Oracle SQL developer -


this query runs fine in oracle sql developer throws error in code while debugging. throws error: not valid month. why same query run fine in sql developer break in code?

request date date datatype 01-jan-13 format request time char datatype 10:11:12 format

try this...

if requestdate date dataype say.. need perform explicit 'to_char' desired format.
