when user enters suburbs name or postal code need find surrounding suburbs or postal codes, had @ following solutions have found in researches, none of them helped other solution?

1) google map >> limitations on number of requests 2) geonames >> not precision 3) lucene >> data search not sure how use suburbs.

you can use http://api.geonames.org/findnearbypostalcodes? find surrounding postcodes.
