Standalone VLC Browser Plugin -


i want embed vlc player on website, don't want force users leave webpage, download vlc application , install it. plugin installation cleaner in opinion.

is there standalone browser plugin vlc supported os/browser combinations (ie. linux/mac/windows, npapi/activex)? documentation , installers don't see standalone option.

firebreath looks interesting, , there firebreath vlc plugin, right windows supported it.

i haven't used it, portable apps has portable vlc
