asp.net mvc - MVC-4 site.css VS css From scratch? -


im beginner mvc4, worth spending time on learning how site.css structured, , how can render html views site.css picks up.

or easier me make own css, , use own html views ? , totally ditch pre-generated layouts.

what mvc features lose out on if decide go own css , html coding ? or bad idea start ?

css controls how page appears, not lose mvc features if decide build own css.

you might lose features when change html, if you're not paying attention. example, validation summary won't rendered if rid of @html.validationsummary() statement html file.
