you'll need stats toolbox function sobolset unless you're planning on programming own scratch?

otherwise looks these file exchange entries can without stats toolbox:

  1. global sensitivity analysis toolbox
  2. bridge sampling

and also one if running linux. recommend start file exchange options free, don't require toolbox , don't require start scratch. unless have toolbox, in case it's quite documented use that.
