.htaccess - How do I remove the trailing slash from the URL ? I have tried searching a lot -

i have spent several hours within past few days trying find out how remove directory slash.

i url this;

domain.com/order

not

domain.com/order/

i have tried directoryslash off (or ever was) , have tried many other mod_rewrites , whatnot.

please if me, great.
