css - Can't properly set vertical-align -

my problem: want div content in middle of parent div.

css structure:

  <div class= 'sign_in'>     <div class= 'sing_form'>     </div>     <div class='fb_sign'>     </div>     </div>

basically sing-in window, on right email/pass form, on left - fb login button, , button want in middle, works top, works bottom, on vertical-align:middle again on bottom.

css:

.sign_in {     position: absolute;     border-style: solid;     border-width: 2px;     border-color: #c1ffc6;     background: #fff;     padding: 2%;     width: 30%;     font-family: arial, sans-serif;     z-index: 9999999;     font-size: 14px;   } .sings_form{      display: inline-block;     border-right-style: solid;     padding-right: 10%;     border-width: 1px;     border-color: #c1ffc6;  } .fb_sing {      display: inline-block;     vertical-align: top;     margin-left: 10%;   }
