java - Creating a new Android emulator in eclipse? -


i'm trying create new emulator through eclipse, reason can't choose target (ie, api 10)

i kinda messed when installing android sdk , had manually. not sure if i'm supposed place sdk in special location or not.

have updated sdk packages? (open android sdk manager, select packages want install, press install , wait).
