Magento stock issue on credit memo -


i have magento 1.7.0.2 website , every time make credit memo of order stock of item updated 2 , not 1. every order.

does has solution or can solution?

thank help!

did select 'return stock' option in credit memo row area? if right qty returned stock. ie -> order 2 widgets ( dec's qty 2 ), invoice, credit memo 1 return stock checked -> arrive @ -1 qty of widget.

if don't select 'return stock' option , credit memo inventory # doesn't change ( aka above - credit memo 1 return stock not checked [ default ] -> arrive @ -1 qty of widget ).
