c# - Open IE Explorer Bar By changing registry -


i trying implement internet explorer following steps in below link

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa753590.aspx

everything done, want, when open ie, toolbar should open on own.

i assume have change registry value, how ever not able get, how can achieve that, appreciated.
