twitter bootstrap - Some links not clickable at certain widths - bizarre issue -


i'm building simple list website using bootstrap 2.3.1.

it's been , running past few weeks , haven't had complaint i've noticed horribly wrong.

at widths, links aren't clickable. still appear, cannot click them.

i've spotted i've included small alert message can dismissed via cross button, realise @ particular widths, cannot closed.

i've tried going through code, removing thought might issue , checking see if works, no avail. unfortunately, error (whatever error is) seems have been around while , cannot life of me pinpoint is.

so know people going annoyed this, thing can offer entire site , hope can work out issue.

for example: @1920px wide, works perfectly. @1060px wide, hell breaks loose , of links don't work. @1024px wide, works again. weird.
