you might add appropriate headers, , translate sound-, image-, or video-file, , call abstract art-project. in other context though, have, "noise" - more specifically, steam of bytes have no way of interpreting in meaningful way.

although abstract, might find wikipedia article information interesting in regard, short insightful sections titled information theory approach.
